Nintendo Switch 2 Fire Emblem: Fortune’s Weave Strategy RPG Video Game

Enter the world of Fire Emblem Banshi Senkou (ファイアーエムブレム 万紫千紅), the latest Fire Emblem strategy RPG released for Nintendo Switch 2 in Japan.

The story begins in the Dagza Empire, where the Great Gladiatorial Festival is held in the imperial capital of Dagsion. The winner is promised a single wish, drawing powerful warriors from across the land into a fierce competition.

Follow the stories of four warriors—Cai, Dietrich, Theodora and Leda—each fighting for a different purpose. Their paths unfold five years before the world faces destruction at the hands of the demon god Balor.

The game combines classic turn-based tactical combat with preparation phases where players can recruit allies, train units, gather equipment and explore the surrounding regions before major battles.

As the Savior, the player travels back through time to change the fates of the four warriors and gather allies for the final battle against Balor.

The Dagdan Collection is the limited Japanese physical edition of Fire Emblem: Fortune’s Weave.

Alongside the Nintendo Switch 2 game, it includes the Dagdan Art Book, a set of art cards, a SteelBook-style Nintendo Switch 2 card case and a “The Land of Dagda” poster.

This edition is intended for collectors who want additional artwork and physical materials tied to the world and characters of Fortune’s Weave.

Before each Heroic Games match, players can spend limited preparation time strengthening their forces.

Activities include recruiting allies, training techniques, exploring beyond Dagsion, clearing dungeons and collecting stronger equipment.

The choices made during these preparation periods shape the army brought into tactical battles, adding a strategic layer beyond the combat maps themselves.

Battles take place on grid-based maps with player and enemy forces taking turns.

Before major matches, players can prepare their army by recruiting allies, training units, collecting equipment and exploring locations around Dagsion.

These choices directly influence the forces available during the Great Gladiatorial Festival and later battles, making preparation as important as battlefield tactics.
